    The Assistant Manager Trainee role is a paid leadership-track position designed to develop future Assistant Branch Managers and Branch Managers in a secure, regulated environment.

    You will begin with hands-on operational experience and progress into structured leadership training.

    Assistant Manager Trainee Training

    Training is based in the Chicago area (company headquarters) and provides full exposure to route operations and branch leadership.

    Phase 1 - Route & Operations ( 60 days):
    • Route operations, safety, procedures, and customer service

    Phase 2 - Office & Leadership (90-120 days):
    • Training with a Senior Branch Manager
    • Scheduling, employee supervision, compliance, and performance management

    After training, you will be placed in a home branch based on business needs and performance.

    Assistant Manager Trainee Pay & Benefits

    • Assistant Manager Trainee: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour + bonus
    • Assistant Branch Manager: $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus
    • Branch Manager: $60,000 - $85,000 + bonus

    (Pay is based on experience and performance; bonuses are discretionary.)

    Route Manager Pay & Benefits

    • Training Pay: $19.00 per hour (first 90 days)
    • Route Manager Pay: $22.00 per hour + performance-based bonus
    • Guaranteed minimum hourly pay with additional earning potential based on:

    Route performance and productivityNumber of completed stops
    • Quarterly bonuses (discretionary): $750 - $3,000
    • Top performers can earn $25+ per hour, with additional upside tied to performance

    Route Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications

    • Lead and manage a route team

With our continuous growth we are looking for a Coin Department/balancing clerk to join our team. An Ideal candidate would work in a room where monies used throughout a business are safe housed, distributed and received. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, detail oriented, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. We have roles at all our branch locations which include Chicago IL, Belleville IL, Peoria IL, Rockford IL, Hudson WI, Madison WI, Slinger, WI and Appleton (LittleChute), WI.

    Pay - $18 to $21 an hour

    Coin Department/Balancing Clerk Requirements:

    Prior experience with money handling, including collecting and securing coin and currency

    High School Degree or equivalent

    Data entry work, and other administrative duties is a plus

    Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

    At least 21 years of age

    A valid driver's license and that you possess and will maintain a clean driving record

    Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

    Job Summary

    This candidate would work in a room where monies used throughout a business are safe housed, distributed and received. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, detail orientated and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

    We provide a guarenteed minimum hourly pay range depending on seniority, from $17 / hour to $25 / hour.

    Responsibilities

    The Coin Room Associate provides support in coin processing operations at one of our branch locations. This position works in the money room and is responsible for money handling, including collecting and securing coin and currency, as well as checking data entry work, and other administrative duties as needed.

    Requirements
