    What You'll Do:

    Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Speech Language Pathologist’s scope of practice. Including:

    Uncover what’s getting in the way of a child’s voice through: Screening & Evaluations for Speech & Language Therapy. Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to speech, language, and feeding.Establish and update plans of care that matter - measurable, individualized, and full of purpose. Deliver therapy that’s as joyful as it is effective: Treat sound production, language, fluency, pragmatics, AAC, aural, cognitive, voice, and/or feeding with home education programs.Monitor progress, document outcomes, discharge patients upon goal completion, and elebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!Teach others how to support their child’s voice outside the clinic wallsThrive in a collaborative culture where the whole child with our complimentary multidisciplinary team approach.

    WHO YOU ARE

    An expert clinician who holds a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling

    Active Kentucky for Licensed Profressional Clinical Counselor Worker (LPCC)

    Current CPR and First Aid certification.

    Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health services to children and/or families.

    You’re coachable, collaborative, and bring integrity to everything you do.

    Must pass a criminal background check.

    WHO YOU ARE

    An expert clinician who holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program (AAMFT, CACREP, or COAMFTE)

    Active LMFT license in Kentucky or eligibility for supervision toward licensure

    Minimum of 200 hours of clinical supervision and passage of board-required examination

    CPR and First Aid certified; up-to-date immunizations and valid driver’s license

    Strong organizational skills, timely documentation, and professional ethics
