The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Cleveland area location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & inspire a team of certified stretch specialists and front desk associates.
Drive membership sales, and maintain a high member retention rate, through exceptional customer service, in-studio events, and local community outreach.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and staff performance.
Promote our brand on social media by creating engaging, authentic content.
Deliver an exceptional client experience from first stretch to long-term member relationships.
Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
Who You Are:
Background in fitness, wellness, or bodywork (personal training, yoga, Pilates, PT assistant – any movement-based expertise is a plus). Bonus points for experience with new business “start-ups”!
Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Leadership experience managing and motivating a team.
Outgoing, high-energy personality – thrives on connecting with people.
Social media savvy – confident on camera, understands how to build an audience, via Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and tell a brand story.
Organized, driven, and excited about growing a new business in the community.

The Vital Stretch® Houston–Tanglewood is growing, and we’re looking for well-rounded, outgoing, and motivated movement professionals to join us as Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPs). If you believe in what you do, communicate well, and love helping people move better and live better, this may be the perfect fit.
About the Role
As a VSP, you’ll deliver our signature one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, coachable, and excited to build a strong client following and membership base.
You will also:
Participate in community outreach, demos, and local events
Help build awareness and leads through social media engagement
Use Kinotek assessments to explain imbalances and create customized stretching plans
Follow up with clients, drive retention, and encourage membership conversions
Support a positive, family-style team culture
Help promote full-spectrum sauna + red light therapy services

We provide full training in the Vital Stretch Method — a science-backed, mobility-focused system that prepares you to work confidently with athletes, busy professionals, and the everyday mover.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality 30- and 60-minute assisted stretch sessions
Apply Vital Stretch Method techniques, mobility protocols, and Theragun tools
Educate clients on flexibility, recovery, and movement optimization
Maintain client notes and progress plans
Provide an exceptional, welcoming studio experience
Collaborate with your team and support daily studio operations
Required Qualifications
Background in one or more: fitness, personal training, dance, yoga, bodywork, kinesiology, or exercise science
Outgoing, professional, and confident with client communication
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Passion for mobility, recovery, and helping clients improve long-term
Preferred (Not Required)
CPR/AED certification
Experience with assisted stretching or corrective exercise
Familiarity with Therabody/Theragun

We have multiple studio locations in Fairfield County, Connecticut with plans to open operations across the US. Our proprietary method is rooted in clinical practice and sets us apart from competitors. Developed by our founders, a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician, The Vital Stretch Method uses dynamic movement, static holds, and press-and-release (PNR) stretching to provide a gentle, personalized and highly effective assisted stretch. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic and passionate person to join our growing team.
REQUIREMENTS
The General Manager must have the ability to convert first-timers into members, nurture client relationships and increase client retention.
3-5 years of fitness sales, membership sales or equivalent experience.NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach programCertification through C-Developers as a lead VSPsMust have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between locations across Westchester comfortably and quicklyAbility to drive multiple revenue streams, including but not limited to, introductory clients, memberships, retail, add-on services.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess a situation and pivot accordingly.Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently guide a client through the sales funnel.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.Must have solid written and grammar skills.Must have some experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.Professional, punctual, and reliable.Experience with G-Suite and studio software such as Momence is strongly preferred.A passion for the fitness industry is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.DUTIES

Pay: minimum salary starting at $70,000 + bonus + growth equity. Compensation will not be barrier for the right individual.

We have secured area development rights in the NY tri-state area and will develop multiple studios. Manage multiple studios and hire studio managers/lead VSPs.
