    This position supervises operations staff characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes, in a limited area of the operations. Supervisor I, Operations, is a pivotal role expected to steer our operations towards excellence. Responsible for overseeing a range of critical functions, this position ensures strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    The role demands a leader who can effectively manage people and processes, driving team performance and business results through inspirational leadership and effective communication.

    Salary Range: $63,300 - $79,100 (based on experience)

    What Will You Do???

    Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results.

    Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions as merited.

    Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment

    with business objectives.

    Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance.

    Prioritize adherence to safety protocols encouraging a proactive mindset towards safety in daily operations and decision-making.

    Communicate clear expectations, goals, and accomplishments to the team, tying efforts to TTC quality standards, safety protocols, and government regulations.

    Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives by advocating for and implementing where merited the improvements with the team.

    Promote a culture of trust and accountability by demonstrating honesty, integrity, clear communications and ethical behaviors.

    Engage and support team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, while taking ownership of team performance to drive business success.

    What Do You Need?

    High School Diploma or /GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment.

    Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus.

    Basic understanding of the supervisory principles to include problem-solving and conflict resolution.

    Effective verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.

    Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

    Organizational and time management skills.

    Proficient software application skills; preferred Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos, Workday.

    Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and regulations.

    Strong organizational and planning abilities

    Experience in process improvement; LEAN or continuous improvement certification preferred.

    Ability to meet required goals and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
