Litigation Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston offices)
We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Litigation Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff and other litigation duties. Responsibilities:
Prepare litigation cases for trialFile PetitionsNegotiate settlementsPerform legal analysisDraft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions
Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degreeTexas State Bar licensedMust be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Research/Writing skillsKnowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology
