    Job Description: Pediatric RN - Nights
    The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are searching for a Pediatric RN - Nights to support the organizations mission. This Pediatric RN - Nights will be responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to neonatal, postpartum (couplet), and pediatric patients. This role requires flexibility in dealing with multiple tasks and situations, and a commitment to adhering to the nursing process, ensuring high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
    Responsibilities :
    Demonstrate knowledge of the nursing process to provide holistic family-centered care, including data collection, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    Care for neonatal, pediatric, and postpartum (couplet) patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.
    Provide empathetic, non-judgmental care while maintaining effective communication with patients and families.
    Adhere to St. Peter’s Behavioral Standards in all aspects of care and communication.
    Remain adaptable to changing environments and scheduling needs, and work effectively under stress.
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.

    Requirements Qualifications:
    Experience: OB Track: Experience in the care of laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients. Ability to circulate for cesarean section within six months of hire.
    Pediatric Track: Experience in neonatal, postpartum, and pediatric patient care.
    Education: Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing.
    Licensure/Certification/Registry: Current Montana RN License.
    BLS certification required.
    OB Track: NRP, ACLS, and STABLE certifications required within 12 months of hire. Fetal monitoring certification required within six months of hire.
    Pediatric Track: NRP, STABLE, and PALS certifications required within 12 months of hire.
    Preferred:
    After two years of experience, the following certifications are encouraged: OB Track: Inpatient OB, Lactation, and optional Advanced Fetal Monitoring.

We are searching for a Surgical Technologist to support the organizations mission. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring that the operating suite is properly prepared, and that surgical instruments and supplies are maintained at optimal levels. This role also includes the responsibility of cleaning and sterilizing instruments, handling medications under supervision, and contributing to departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
    Responsibilities :
    Assist the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring the sterile field is maintained.
    Ensure the operating suite is fully prepared for each procedure, including the availability of necessary instruments and supplies.
    Monitor the PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies, placing orders and organizing stock as needed.
    Clean and sterilize all surgical instruments according to established protocols.
    Handle medications under the direct supervision of the surgeon or nurse.
    Actively participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
    Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure optimal patient care and a safe working environment.

    Requirements Qualifications:
    Experience: Minimum of three years of experience as an operating room technician or certification in OR technology.
    Ability to function independently as an operating room scrub in all surgical specialties.

    Responsibilities of this position is performing Cardiac-catheterization procedures, including but not limited to, Percutaneous Transluminal Cardiac Angioplasty and Stents, Intra-aortic Balloon Pump, Pacemaker implantation, Pericardiocentesis. 
    This employee will assist the physician during invasive, noninvasive and interventional procedures including but not limited to; Abdominal Aorta-grams, Central Venous lines, and drainage catheters, as well as participating in other diagnostic procedures. 
    This employee will communicate continuously with the physician about the patient’s condition. 
    This employee will operate all equipment safely and correctly. 
    This employee will work with the department director and clinical coordinator assisting with orientation of new employees, offering input for employee evaluations, assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures and participate in the maintenance of supplies.
    All employees of the organization will participate in performance improvement initiatives. 
    This employee will understand and adhere to Radiation Safety policies and procedures when working in radiation-controlled areas.

    All other duties as assigned. Position is a combination of shift and call schedules, on a seven day on and seven day off rotation. Employee is paid for full time work (80 hours straight time) to cover one seven-day stretch of day shifts and weekend and weekday call per pay period. 
    Qualifications
    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years’ experience in Radiology, including Invasive Radiographic procedures, required. Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Special Procedures preferred.
    EDUCATION : High School diploma required. Graduate of an accredited school in Radiology Technology required.
    LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY : Current Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist – required. Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in CVRT – preferred. A permit to practice as a Radiology Technologist in the State of Montana is required. Current BCLS required. Minimum of monitoring ACLS course required within 12 months of hire.
    7 days on/7 days off schedule
