Manage full project lifecycle for large-scale commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution
Handle project documentation, submittals, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement
Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors
Ensure compliance with project specs, building codes, and company quality standards
3–5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing project management
Strong understanding of low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofing systems
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects concurrently
Experience with submittals, change orders, RFI management, and closeout documentation
