What You'll Do
Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claimsReview EOBs and resolve denied or delayed claimsVerify insurance benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimatesExplain insurance coverage, deductibles, and patient financial responsibility with confidenceProcess patient payments and discuss financing options, including CareCreditMaintain accurate patient accounts and billing recordsCollaborate with our clinical and front office teams to create an exceptional patient experienceWhat We're Looking For
Dental billing experience is required (minimum 1–2 years)Strong knowledge of PPO, HMO, DMO, Union, and other dental insurance plansExperience with insurance verification, claims processing, and EOBsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsOutstanding communication and customer service abilitiesPositive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented officeWhy You'll Love Working Here

What You'll Be Doing
Assist doctors during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and instruments before each appointmentTake digital X-rays, intraoral scans/photos, and impressionsMaintain sterilization and infection control protocolsDocument patient treatment accuratelyEducate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment careAssist with lab work, retainers, and dental appliancesHelp create a positive, efficient experience for every patientJump in wherever needed to support the teamWhat We're Looking For
✔ Dental assisting experience is required (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
✔ Valid Dental X-Ray License
✔ Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and infection control
✔ Comfortable using modern dental software and technology
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy practice
✔ A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
