The Sign Palace Inc. is a full-service signage and graphics company based in Elk Grove Village, IL. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to support both our financial processes and day-to-day office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and being a key support person for a growing business. You’ll handle invoicing and bookkeeping tasks while also helping keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Create, send, and track customer estimates and invoices in QuickBooksMonitor outstanding invoices and follow up as neededMaintain organized customer recordsSupport daily office operations and administrative tasksAnswer phones and attend to customers coming through the front doorManage incoming and outgoing communicationsMaintain general office needsCoordinate with sales, production, and installation teams as neededParticipate in weekly shop cleaningPerform final quality control checks to ensure completed projects are consistent with job specificationsPackage and ship completed orders as necessary
Skills & Qualifications
Experience using QuickBooks (required)Previous experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsComfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, dependable, and discreetPrior experience in the signage, printing, or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required
