Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Attorney to become an integral part of their firm, working closely with clients, partners, and other attorneys to provide counsel, draft legal documents, and contribute to the successful execution of client transactions. Responsibilities:Dispute Resolution Support: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including mediations, arbitrations and litigation matters from inception to resolution for a range of clients including franchise brand owners. Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies. Communicate with and represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, mediation and arbitrations.Client Counseling: Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on a wide range of corporate matters such as labor and employment, compliance/governance, contract negotiation, and more, helping to mitigate clients’ risk by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.Due Diligence and Legal Research: Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments to identify potential legal issues and risks.
