    The VP of Sales is responsible for managing all brands, distribution channels, and deployment of sales for the organization. They are responsible for developing the strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Specific responsibilities include business and market development, customer management, management of market research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, sales growth and customer satisfaction. The VP will also oversee the sales and marketing team members’ daily activity and development.

    Roles and Responsibilities include: The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with in-depth leadership and sales experience. You must have exceptional project management skills, record of building high performance teams and outstanding relationships with internal and external customers.     Vice President of Operations

    The Vice President is responsible for operational efficiency across the company to ensure that budget targets are met and that operations are being executed in an efficient and profitable manner.     What You'll Be Doing

    Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, company asset management/utilization, and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure overall profitability of the companyLead the assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic planProvide professional management and leadership to the company, including mentoring and developing key senior management members and instilling best practices from an operational and sales perspectiveAssess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify key opportunities for improvement; work closely with the executive leadership team to address potential strategic, tactical, and operating issuesManage and report on key operational processes, financial budget, and performance indicatorsCollaborate with executive leadership to develop an annual business plan for inclusion in the company's overall business plan, and provide long-term business growth and expansion forecastingIn partnership with the Sales team, grow the business's top-line revenue by implementing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships
