Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various agesCreate engaging, age-appropriate activities that support developmentMaintain children's routines, schedules, and daily structureAssist with school pickups, drop-offs, and transportation as neededPrepare healthy meals and snacks for childrenSupport homework and educational activitiesPerform child-related household duties including tidying play areas, children's laundry, and organizationCommunicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities and milestonesMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all timesQualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional childcare experience (2+ years preferred)Experience working with private families, VIP households, or luxury service environments is a plusStrong references from previous employersCPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to maintain discretion and professionalism in private homesAuthorized to work in the United StatesWhat We Offer
