Role Summary
As a Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services in both residential homes and commercial facilities. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, using your attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction to uphold our brand’s reputation.
You’ll follow company standards, arrive on time, communicate proactively, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled cleanings: weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, monthly, one-time jobs.
Execute deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, commercial space cleans as needed.
Use cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products properly, responsibly, and safely.
Maintain quality standards: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, interior windows, etc.
Report any damage, maintenance needs or safety issues to management.
Ensure client satisfaction be punctual, courteous, and responsive to client needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning (1+ year preferred).
Ability to work independently, manage your time and priorities tasks.
Reliable transportation to job sites and willingness to travel across the service area.
Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, lifting, standing, climbing ladders, moving furniture as needed.
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and some Saturdays.
Attention to detail and pride in delivering a “sparkling” clean environment.
High-school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Basic English proficiency: bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (company offers bilingual staff).
