Responsibilities
Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.Coach, develop, and motivate managers and hourly team members.Maintain exceptional service, food quality, and hospitality standards.Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs.Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting relationships.Partner with the leadership team to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.Qualifications
2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine-dining restaurant.Strong leadership and team development skills.Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, and cost controls.Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Compensation & Benefits
