Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Administrative Assistant to support the Engineering and Technical teams with documentation, data management, and administrative tasks. This role focuses on maintaining accurate technical records, processing engineering documentation, and supporting internal systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with technical or engineering documentation. This position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across engineering processes.
Responsibilities:• Review and process engineering documents including drawings, change orders, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Create and maintain Material Masters and Bills of Material (BOM) in SAP S/4HANA
• Manage and track engineering documentation such as ECNs, ERNs, PSORs, and test reports
• Maintain and organize technical files, SharePoint sites, and internal documentation systems
• Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and office support
Qualifications and Requirements:• High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Experience working with technical documentation or within an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with SharePoint
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and basic knowledge of engineering drawings preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
