We are seeking a Renaissance Navigator (Outlet Supervisor) to use their passion for discovery to add creativity and originality to the way they deliver unique and personalized experiences to our guests. We are seeking a Renaissance Loss Prevention Officer to create a safe environment for guests and staff members. The successful Loss Prevention Officer ensures safety practices of employees and guests throughout the hotel, and of course, they are relationship builders, as they handle emergent situations in a calm, de-escalating manner, and assist with guest requests while applying customer service. This position reports to the Loss Prevention Manager, and the primary responsibilities are listed below, to include and are not limited to the following:
