About the Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the 'RN-NEW RATES' position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings within the United States. This role focuses on applying updated clinical protocols and reimbursement rates to ensure compliance with current healthcare standards and optimize patient outcomes. The RN will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Additionally, the nurse will serve as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and their families while maintaining meticulous documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications:
