The Red Chickz is looking for a passionate, energetic, and highly organized Franchise Field Trainer to help drive the next phase of our growth.
This is not a desk job.
We are looking for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys traveling, loves developing people, and takes pride in helping franchisees build successful businesses.
As a Franchise Field Trainer, you will be responsible for training franchise partners, opening new restaurants, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every Red Chickz location delivers an exceptional guest experience from day one.

What You'll Do
New Store Openings
Lead and support new restaurant openings nationwideExecute opening checklists and readiness assessmentsCoordinate pre-opening activities with franchisees and corporate departmentsAssist with grand opening execution and launch supportEnsure operational standards are implemented before opening
Training & Development
Conduct franchisee, management, and team member trainingFacilitate classroom and in-store training programsCoach operators on systems, procedures, and best practicesEvaluate trainee performance and certify completion of training programsProvide ongoing operational support and coaching
Operations Support
Conduct field visits and operational assessmentsMonitor food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and executionIdentify opportunities for improvement and develop action plansSupport franchisees in achieving operational excellenceEnsure compliance with company standards and operating procedures
Brand Standards
Serve as an ambassador of The Red Chickz culture and valuesProtect brand consistency across all locationsReinforce operational excellence and accountabilityHelp franchisees create exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experienceMulti-unit restaurant experience preferredExperience training teams and developing managersStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel extensively throughout the United StatesValid driver's license and ability to travel by air
Preferred Qualifications
Franchise experienceNew store opening experienceQSR or Fast Casual restaurant experienceExperience with training programs and learning management systemsStrong organizational and project management skills
