    Job Description Job Description Multifamily / Senior Living / Hospitality Construction Superintendent Our clients are Louisville construction firms seeking 2 superintendents with multifamily, senior living, or hospitality experience. These positions will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. These positions are responsible for ensuring all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. These positions will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise on-site. A strong emphasis on safety is essential, as the Superintendents will implement and enforce safety protocols to protect all personnel involved in the construction process. Ultimately, this role ensures successful project delivery that meets both client expectations and regulatory requirements. Multifamily / Senior Living / Hospitality Construction Superintendent Responsibilities Oversee daily project operations from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Implement and enforce on-site safety protocols and provide training to maintain a safe work environment. Manage subcontractors and support pre-construction planning for smooth project execution. Review designs for constructability and proactively address potential issues. Supervise specialized scopes, including masonry and demolition, ensuring quality workmanship. Coordinate material delivery and services with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct site inspections to maintain compliance with safety regulations and project standards. Maintain schedules, budgets, and progress reports, resolving discrepancies as needed. Facilitate clear communication among the Client, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Multifamily / Senior Living / Hospitality Construction Superintendent Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction management experience. Experience managing multifamily, senior living, or hospitality projects over $25M. Experience with multifamily housing, commercial/institutional, or adaptive reuse projects. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, or MS Project. Proficiency with construction-related software and project technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Ability and willingness to travel to assigned jobsites, potentially up to 250 miles from Louisville, KY. (Accommodations, bi-weekly travel home, and per diem provided.)     Job Description Job Description Construction Superintendent Our construction clients, based on the north side of Indianapolis , are looking for Superintendents to manage ground-up commercial construction projects. One firm handles projects ranging from $3M to $15M , while the other focuses on projects $20M and above . These roles will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities. Construction Superintendent Requirements Bachelors degree in a construction management with 3+ years of commercial construction or related field preferred or 6+ years of Superintendent / Field experience without a degree. Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. OSHA 30 certification or other relevant certifications preferred. Construction Superintendent Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and staff. Set up and maintain an organized and clean job site, including the construction office/trailer. Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original and edited plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain construction schedule, identify, and solve problems that may impede schedule and/or costs. Order materials, manage lead times to maintain schedule, and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process. Comply with the objectives of the OSHA Safety and Loss Control Program. Promote and ensure job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately. Conduct weekly Tool Box Talks. Maintain weekly schedule meeting with vendors and subcontractors to project the upcoming three weeks expectations.
