About the Role
We are seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – to join a dynamic Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) team in Seymour, CT. This full-time, on-site opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a nationally recognized EP program, delivering cutting-edge arrhythmia care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will play a vital role in evaluating, managing, and educating patients undergoing electrophysiological procedures or living with complex rhythm disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inpatient consults and follow-ups for patients with arrhythmias and other electrophysiology-related conditions
Conduct outpatient visits for pre- and post-procedural care and long-term rhythm management
Interpret EKGs, Holter and event monitors, and cardiac device interrogations (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders)
Participate in hospital rounding and collaborate with the electrophysiology and cardiology teams

Support device clinics in coordination with EP techs and nursing staff

Qualifications
