Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail‐oriented Project Manager with experience in swimming pool renovation or construction to oversee projects from contract to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients and trades, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple residential and/or commercial swimming pool renovation projectsHelp schedule then coordinate all phases of workAct as the main point of contact for homeowners, clients, subcontractors, and inspectorsCreate and monitor project schedules, budgets, and scopeCoordinate subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, plaster, tile, decking, coping, etc.)Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progressHandle permits, inspections, and local code complianceIdentify issues early and implement solutions to keep projects on trackMaintain accurate project documentation and updatesWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years of project management experience in construction or pool renovationStrong understanding of pool systems, renovation processes, and construction sequencingAbility to manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsComfortable working on job sites and interacting with customersProficient with scheduling tools, email, and basic project softwareValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPMP or construction-related certifications are a plus (not required)Why Join Us?

Compensation: $20-$23 per hour depending on experience

· Balancing pool water chemistry
· Vacuuming pools
· Brushing pool walls and surface
· Skimming pools
· Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
· Blowing off decks and pump pad areas
· Cleaning Tile
· Writing up any needed repairs
· Identifying multiple brands of equipment
· Working on and diagnosing pool cleaners
· Keeping the work truck cleaned and organized
