The Opportunity
We are seeking a Community Marketing & Outreach Liaison to be the face of The Personal Touch in the community. This is a field-based, relationship-first role focused on building referral partnerships, raising our visibility, and driving steady, sustainable client growth as we expand into new markets. You will combine boots-on-the-ground networking with thoughtful digital and community marketing — the ideal fit for someone energized by people, mission, and measurable growth.
What You'll Do
• Build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, senior communities, and the VA.
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, senior centers, and networking groups; plan and host educational sessions on home care services.
• Develop and execute a practical marketing plan across digital channels (social media, Google, local listings), print collateral, and community partnerships.
• Generate, track, and follow up on leads, maintaining an organized pipeline and consistent outreach cadence.
• Conduct intake conversations with prospective clients and families with empathy, clearly explaining our services and value.
• Partner closely with the care and administrative team to ensure a smooth handoff from inquiry to start of care.
• Track outreach activity, referral sources, and conversion, and report on results to leadership.
• Support our launch into King County by mapping referral targets and establishing a presence in new communities.
What You Bring
• 2+ years of marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach experience — home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare strongly preferred.
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own schedule and pipeline.
• Comfort with digital marketing tools and social media; CRM experience a plus.
• Genuine passion for serving seniors and families with compassion and integrity.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally across Kitsap and King Counties.

Personal Care
Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingMobility Assistance
Help clients with mobility, including transfers from beds, chairs, and wheelchairsAssist with walking and exercise routinesMeal Preparation
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessaryAdhere to dietary restrictions and preferencesLight Housekeeping
Perform light cleaning, laundry, and maintain a safe, tidy living environmentCompanionship
Provide emotional support and meaningful engagementAccompany clients to appointments or outings as neededHealth Monitoring

Required:
Certification as a Home Caregiver (CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, or similar)Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliableAbility to work independently and as part of a care teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust pass a background checkPreferred:
