As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for:
Conducting initial and ongoing client assessmentsDesigning, managing, and evaluating ABA programsSupervising and mentoring staff to ensure the highest level of effectivenessProviding essential ABA training to parents and caregiversManaging client progress using our data system EnsoraPerforming other related duties as necessary.Qualifications:
Active BCBA and LBA (if required by state)
Masters in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldExperience in ABA assessment, treatment planning, and supervisionStrong communication, documentation, and leadership skillsComfortable training and supporting RBTs and working with familiesCulturally responsive and committed to ethical, evidence-based careThe Perfect Child is where your passion meets purpose.
