    Position Overview

    Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the Associate Benefits Administrator serves as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit programs, including tuition remission, health and welfare benefits, payroll deductions, and employee communications.

    We're looking for a seasoned benefits professional who can quickly step into the role with minimal training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

    We are hiring experienced Electronics Repair Technicians  for our client in teh Flower Mound, Texas area. This role is responsible for repairing, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting electronic circuit boards and small electronic devices, including two-way radios, using advanced component-level soldering techniques. The ideal candidate has electronics troubleshooting skills, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work from schematics while maintaining high quality standards.

    ResponsibilitiesPerform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs).Repair, modify, and replace electronic components at the component level.Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit boards and assemblies.Diagnose and resolve complex electronic and technical issues.Disassemble and reassemble small electronic devices, including two-way radios.Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.Maintain high quality standards while meeting production goals.Accurately document repairs and update work orders using computer-based systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Assist with training and mentoring other technicians as needed.Required QualificationsPossess some level of technical education, troubleshooting to component level, and understanding of electronic circuits.
    Preferred but not required: 1 to 2 years thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.Preferred but not required: Component-level soldering repair.
    Testing/Troubleshooting/Repair of PCBs (printed circuit boards) at the component-level. This position is responsible for disassembling and reassembling electronic devices and repairing small component parts, specifically 2-way radios. Manual hand dexterity is required. No heavy-lifting required. This is small electronic equipment. (i.e. 2-way radios)Computer literate. Basic computer proficiency & data entry. Be able to navigate  computer applications (i.e. MS Office). Be able to complete and track data into OLP system. Navigating basic computer applications is a requirement. Communicate with others in English. Training will be conducted in English. All technicians must be able to communicate with the team in English. This position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units. Language RequirementsMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Training modules and instructor-led training are conducted in English.English/Spanish bilingual skills are a strong plus.

    Schedule:  1st Shift | 7:00am - 3:30pm MON-FRI

    We are hiring experienced Electronics Repair Technicians  for our client in the Flower Mound, Texas area. This role is responsible for repairing, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting electronic circuit boards and small electronic devices, including two-way radios, using advanced component-level soldering techniques. The ideal candidate has electronics troubleshooting skills, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work from schematics while maintaining high quality standards.

    ResponsibilitiesPerform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs).Repair, modify, and replace electronic components at the component level.Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit boards and assemblies.Diagnose and resolve complex electronic and technical issues.Disassemble and reassemble small electronic devices, including two-way radios.Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.Maintain high quality standards while meeting production goals.Accurately document repairs and update work orders using computer-based systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Assist with training and mentoring other technicians as needed.Required QualificationsElectronics certification or equivalent technical training.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with thru-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering.Minimum of 2 years of component-level PCB troubleshooting and repair experience.Strong understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and repair techniques.Experience testing and troubleshooting printed circuit boards (PCBs).Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.Strong manual dexterity for working with small electronic components.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry.Ability to navigate computer applications and accurately enter repair information into electronic tracking systems.Ability to pass a technical aptitude test.Language RequirementsMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Training modules and instructor-led training are conducted in English.English/Spanish bilingual skills are a strong plus.Physical RequirementsExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Position involves working with small electronic devices and components.No heavy lifting required.Preferred QualificationsExperience repairing two-way radios or similar communication devices.Experience in an electronics manufacturing or repair environment.Previous experience training or mentoring other technicians.

    We are hiring a Test Technician II for our client in the West Boylston, MA, area. The person hired for this position will perform test and troubleshooting processes on a variety of significantly complex electro-mechanical and optically based sub-assemblies and finished medical devices while following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The Test Technician II will ensure safe test practices are followed and will escalate whenever they are uncertain. The Test Technician II will use a variety of tools and test methods and adhere to properly released work instructions and Quality System procedures, proper material handling, ESD procedures, and more. All Test Technicians are also responsible for following good documentation practices (GDP) and performing all required electronic systems transactions accurately and in real time. Test Technician II may be part of a Scaled Product Launch™ Team, work directly with customers, may train other Test Technicians, and may perform advanced level troubleshooting of components, PCBA’s, sub-assemblies, or finished devices.

    Responsibilities:Performs testing and troubleshooting on subassemblies, final assemblies, and finished medical devices per written specifications e.g., customer specified testing instructions, test records, etc. May assist in development of advanced testing methodologies and procedures.Testing includes:Electrical Safety Testing (HiPot, Ground Bond, Leakage testing).Pressure and Leak testing.Near and Far Field Laser alignment and testing.Advanced optical alignment using aiming beams, oscilloscopes, etc.Laser radiation characterization using energy and power meters, interferometers, beam profilers, and other tools. Optical sub-assembly testing.Performance verification using both automated and GUI test software.Functional testing at component, subassembly, and finished goods level.Electronic system troubleshooting using various tools, including but not limited to DVM, Ammeter, and Oscilloscope.Recording and logging Test data using Word, Excel, LabVIEW, StarLab, MiniTab.Other testing and troubleshooting as required.Responsible for following Quality Management System, cGMP’s and ISO13485 requirements.Understands and follows good documentation practices in a cGMP and ISO 13485 environment.Maintains manufacturing documentation as outlined in the work order package and defined by the customer. Identifies and reports any product quality problems or discrepancies. Documents non-conformances. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Maintains proper control of device traceability, materials and non-conforming material. May train other Test Technicians. Performs other activities as directed.
    Essential Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; technical training or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum of 5 years of electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical testing experienceExperience in a high-mix manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with electrical safety testing (HiPot, Ground Bond, Leakage Testing)Strong troubleshooting skills using tools such as DMMs, ammeters, and oscilloscopesExperience working with optical and laser-based systemsMedical device manufacturing experience is a plusPositive attitude, self-motivator, tenacious follow up, and superior organization skills.Superior customer service attitude.Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
