    The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Senior Production Planner for a growing manufacturing organization in Franklin, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who thrives in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment and has a strong understanding of production scheduling, material planning, capacity management, and ERP systems.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving production schedules, balancing capacity and material availability, and ensuring customer delivery commitments are met while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

    The Panther Group has an immediate need for a CNC Machinist on site in the New Boston, NH area for a leading manufacturing company. We are looking for a skilled operator/machinist who can operate various machines to perform assigned tasks. These machines include centerless grinders, long stroke gun drill machines, and hone machines. You will produce precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurement tools. A successful operator must possess manual dexterity and an eye for detail. They must have knowledge of basic mathematics and mechanics as well as respect for safety precautions. The goal is to ensure effective production output.

    Responsibilities:Review samples, drawings and instructions to understand specifications of output Understand basic shop math and take measurements to ensure compliance to the customer print. Monitor machine while working to identify issues Check output to ensure consistency within specifications and detect defects Perform routine machine maintenance and report minor damage Required Qualifications:Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use precision tools (e.g. micrometers) to take accurate measurements Ability to read blueprints and manuals Good at math with analytical abilities High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset. Centerless grinding is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Proven understanding of tooling requirements to setup and operate machines in the departments.Familiarity with ISO Quality System particularly in medical device manufacturing.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to process information in both English and Metric measurement systems; ability to convert between the two.Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Pay $27 - $30 / hour W2 depending on experience.
