This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:Safety: Responsible for ensuring all work is conducted safely, protecting both personnel and the environment, and promoting a strong nuclear safety culture. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Project Execution: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and identify and address potential risks. Lead cross-functional teams in resolving issues and meeting overall project objectives. Permitting and Approvals: Support and direct the permitting process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Subcontractor Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet high standards of quality and adhere to best practices. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, financial performance, and key metrics. ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in energy infrastructure Proven track record of successful project development on a multi-million-dollar construction site Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Knowledge of regulatory, permitting processes and industry standards in energy Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Prior experience with government funded projects Nuclear projects background (Operational, Refurbishment, and/or technology development) Execution experience on brown field projects

The Corporate and Securities Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising on strategic transactions. This role will be crucial in supporting the company's growth and development in the dynamic nuclear energy industry. Responsibilities:Securities Law Compliance:Prepare and review securities filings, including registration statements, proxy statements, and other disclosure documents. Manage capitalization table, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shareholder agreements Project Finance: In collaboration with finance, lead deal structuring for Project Finance facilities, negotiations and drafting of legal documents. Corporate Governance:Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board of directors' duties, responsibilities, and best practices. Draft and review corporate governance policies and procedures. Advise on shareholder relations and corporate compliance. Transactional Matters:Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Conduct due diligence and negotiate transaction agreements. Advise on financing transactions, including equity and debt offerings. Lead and/or support primary and secondary transaction offerings Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts. Advise on contract interpretation and enforcement. Manage contract disputes and litigation. Legal Counsel:Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate legal matters. Conduct legal research and analysis. Manage outside legal counsel as needed. Compliance and Risk Management:Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs. Identify and mitigate corporate legal risks. ExperienceJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
10+ years of experience in corporate and securities law, preferably in a publicly traded company or law firm. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.

This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance on contracts, partnerships, licensing agreements, and other commercial matters. This role reports to the General Counsel. Responsibilities:Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including sales contracts, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and partnership agreements.
