    Responsibilities:

    • PCB Development: Lead the schematic entry, component selection, and layout routing optimization for complex RF evaluation boards using Cadence Allegro.

    • Simulation & Analysis: Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations. Utilize Ansys HFSS for EM modeling and impedance matching to ensure optimal RF performance.

    • Hardware Bring-up: Own the board bring-up process, including debugging hardware issues and validating performance against design specifications.

    • RF Characterization: Utilize lab equipment (VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators) to perform various RF measurements and verify simulation-to-measurement correlations. Implement Machine Learning (ML) techniques to analyze large datasets and identify performance trends or anomalies.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with RFIC Design and System Engineering teams to define board requirements and provide feedback on chip-level performance.

    • Documentation & Data Analysis: Maintain detailed design documentations and test reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collect, review and analyze test data.

    Requirements:

    • Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

    • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF PCB design and hardware development.

    • Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Cadence Allegro/OrCAD and Ansys HFSS (or equivalent EM simulation tools).

    • RF Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of RF theory, including S-parameters, transmission line theory, matching networks, and de-embedding techniques.

    • Lab Expertise: Extensive experience with RF test equipment (VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes) and high-speed probing techniques.

    • Materials Knowledge: Deep understanding of PCB stack-ups, dielectric materials (e.g., Rogers, Megtron), and manufacturing constraints for high-frequency PCB designs. Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

    • Automation: Proficiency in Python or C# for developing automated test suites to increase characterization throughput.

    • Data Science for RF: Experience applying AI/ML models for predictive maintenance of test setups or for signal classification.

    • Wafer-Level Testing: Experience with manual or semi-automated RF probe stations for on-wafer die characterization.

    Job Desc

    As an Integration Tool Engineer, the individual will work with a design engineering, manufacturing engineering, Program Operations leadership business management and Scheduling team to gather necessary information for cost control, forecasting, and proposals. The CAM will update Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and produce required data products, review monthly Earned Value (EV) data and provide cost account status, and support program requirements. Additionally, this individual will manage multiple projects across working directly with Tool Design Engineering as well as with inhouse and offsite fabrication. What You’ll Get to Do: • Acquaint yourself with all engineering and technical aspects of tools used to manufacture aircraft components. • Coordinate with technical leadership a cross functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical objectives • Develop and deliver presentations to customers, management and other program stakeholders • Define, plan, perform, monitor, control, and complete a variety of project tasks simultaneously. • Perform Control Account Management (CAM) duties • Track budget actuals against predictions and financial performance against the full EV performance management baseline, participate in CAM status calls, prepare status for/attend weekly status meeting, provide/enter weekly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status, support stakeholder meetings, review Actuals Hours reports for time charging accuracy and alignment with IMS status. • Coordinate with the scheduling team to develop and execute to an Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) • Coordinate Change Requests with the Business Management and Scheduling team as needed • Work to targeted cost, schedule, and staffing requirements • Support logistics team, generate staffing requirements, documentation, forecasts • Facilitate internal meetings to support staffing, ensuring the staffing needs meet the staffing baseline • Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks • Perform full project monitoring such as, requirements traceability, SOW shredding, facilitation of team meetings, tracking and closing action items, presentation creation for all levels of leadership Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) • Must have U.S Citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance • Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point • **Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills.**

    Position Description

    You will provide strategic and tactical guidance on enhancing the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of various foundational elements within PG&E’s compliance program framework. You will apply deep technical knowledge of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure consistent interpretation and application of compliance program maturity standards across Electric Compliance sub-functions and key partner teams. You partner closely with Electric leaders to evaluate compliance maturity performance, perform gap analyses to identify gaps and develop mitigation plans. You lead key compliance management workstreams that enable Electric coworkers to conduct business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. You will help strengthen Electric’s compliance program by guiding program development, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities
