    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    (Enjoy 2 breaks of 15 minutes each and a 30-minute lunch and weekends off)


    You're a Great Fit If You:

    Have 2+ years of experience in a busy receiving department.Are looking for competitive pay and excellent benefits.Can use RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse.This is a physical job moving heavy boxes most of the day as well as use of pallet jacks.Can handle and move up to 75 lbs, specifically kitchen cabinet orders.Can operate an electric pallet jack.Have basic computer skills for product lookup and documentation.Are reliable and can commit to a consistent schedule.Are organized and detail-oriented, especially with product labeling and manifest verification.Enjoy being part of a team and have strong communication skills.Seek career growth opportunities within a supportive company.

    Requirements:

    As a Retail Operations Support Associate , you will:

    Actively review manufacturer price files for accuracy and completenessReview and layout merchandising according to planograms and able to adjust visually as needed.Order products and supplies as per negotiated and approved to meet stock levelsReview special order purchase requests for proper authorization to ensure timely purchase of new productsAccurately enter and review all purchase ordersReview backorder data and report trends to managementDistribute weekly discontinued reports to appropriate buyerTrack purchasing activities and measurements through the system compiling analytical reports (Open Purchase Order report, Special Order Report, Cancelled Orders Report)Accurately maintain all system SKUs. Create/add/remove SKU's as neededWork with retail staff to ensure stocking is at correct level and product is merchandised properlyMay assist customers on selling floor as needed

    To be successful in the Retail Operations Support role, you will have:

    What the job actually looks like

    You'll be the face of Norfolk on the road and in our customers' homes. Each day you'll head out with a delivery assistant, running local routes across MA, NH, and RI, delivering kitchen cabinets and countertops directly into customers' homes and job sites.

    This is a genuinely physical job - you'll be carrying product (up to 65 lbs.), navigating stairs, uneven surfaces, and tight spaces.
