    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in PT (grandfathered license holders welcome)

    Active or eligible Wyoming PT license

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Experience or certification in Lymphedema or Pelvic Health

    Prior home health or outpatient care experience

    Familiarity with WebPT (preferred EMR)

    Position Overview

    The Senior Estimator will play a strategic leadership role within the Heavy Civil Division, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates, shaping bid strategies, and collaborating closely with project management and field operations. This position requires extensive experience with TxDOT, municipal, and private-sector civil construction, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
    Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all estimating activities for heavy civil, site development, and infrastructure projects, including highways, underground utilities, dirt work, and paving.

    Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for labor, materials, and equipment using industry-standard software (HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, or equivalent).

    Develop and submit comprehensive bid proposals and pricing strategies aligned with profitability and competitiveness goals.

    Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and completeness.

    Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids, maintaining strong relationships with qualified Texas-based trade partners.

    Identify project risks, phasing challenges, and constructability issues; propose practical and cost-effective solutions.

    Collaborate with project managers and field leaders to ensure estimates reflect accurate means, methods, and production rates.

    Participate in pre-bid and client meetings; provide technical insight and support for value engineering and bid presentations.

    Mentor and guide junior estimators to develop consistent practices and maintain an internal cost database.Track and analyze bid performance metrics, including variance between estimated and actual costs, and implement process improvements.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise10+ years of experience estimating heavy civil, highway, and infrastructure projects in Texas.

    Deep familiarity with TxDOT and municipal bid processes, specifications, and pay item structures.

    Proven track record estimating projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.

    Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.

    Strong network of subcontractors and suppliers throughout Texas.

    Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring junior estimators.

    Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
