Key ResponsibilitiesThe roleThis Electrical Engineer will help manage engineering projects from planning through construction. The role combines technical engineering work with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and field collaboration. This is not a pure design-only role.The right person will be comfortable working across office and field settings, partnering with internal teams, municipalities, landowners, contractors, and field crews to keep projects moving and ensure work is completed to specification.What you'll do
Manage engineering and infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycleCoordinate with municipalities, landowners, easement stakeholders, and other external partnersOversee project execution through construction and implementationPartner with linemen, field teams, and internal stakeholders to support successful deliveryEnsure projects meet engineering specifications, compliance requirements, and operational needsSupport utility-related work involving transmission, distribution, substations, or adjacent infrastructure environmentsTravel locally during the day to project sites as needed; overnight travel is minimal
