    Responsibilities:

    Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/ Manager the switchboard operator is responsible for answering all incoming calls and forwarding to the correct office or employee. Also assisting in the Mail Center by accurately sorting, posting and delivering mail in a corporate environment.

    • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
    • Answer all incoming calls at the reception desk
    • Forward all call to the correct office or employee
    • Assist in the Mail center with sorting, posting and delivering mail
    • Assist making copies for customers when needed
    • Maintain time, volume and delivery records.
    • Ensure the highest levels of customer care.
    • Order office supplies, maintain inventory of supplies
    • Provide backup for coworkers when not available
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

    About the Role
    An imaging Associate is responsible for opening mail, preparing, and scanning documents into the company's workflow system. These documents include forms, bank checks, correspondence and various legal documents The documents must be processed within a specific time frame that aligns with the regulations that govern their specific industry. This position reports directly to the Work Intake Team Leader with dotted line reporting to the Site Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Open and sort mail received from multiple mail delivery vendors.
    • Identify transactional VS non-transactional documents and prepare them for scanning into the workflow system.
    o Ensure documents are in the correct order.
    o Insert admin sheets as needed.
    o Create batch cover sheets.
    o Use desktop scanner to scan documents into workflow.
    • File documents according to client's secure storage requirements.
    • Process proof documents to be returned to the customer (original documents such as birth/death/marriage certificates, passports etc)
    • Purge documents that have aged out of their storage date.
    • Process live checks via a remote deposit process.
    o Monitor a 're-scan' queue.
