Esteemed Liberty University (LU) and its proud affiliate Collaborative Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join their robust program. The division, located in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of Lynchburg, offers a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to the growth and success of the team while making a positive impact on the lives of patients. As a clinical faculty member of this elite team, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide the next generation of doctoral students, providing valuable knowledge and experience to shape their professional development.
Position Highlights
80% clinical with 20% admin time Provide patient care, individual and group therapy treatment, at CHP clinics which are well-established practices with a robust referral network Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to practicum students in the Liberty University Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) programCompensation & Benefits
Compensation model: base salary + incentive-based pay Base is commensurate with experience, ranging between $120,000-$140,000 Incentive-based pay is % of net receipts, ranging between $3,000-$4,000, paid out quarterly Full benefits package including: retirement plans, 401(k) matching, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, employee discounts, paid time off, relocation assistance, and more!Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Completion of a DOCTORATE degree required from an APA-accredited doctoral program Teaching/Training in an APA-accredited internship ideal Behavioral Health/Medical Psychology experience preferred Post-training fellowship not required but someone could expand on their training and interests in areas such as NeuroPsych, Health, C&A and Pediatrics Virginia Licensed Clinical Psychologist (or eligible)About the Community
