The Maryland Anxiety Center is a growing practice specializing in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. Clinicians at The Maryland Anxiety Center provide individual, group, in vivo and gold standard evidence-based CBT treatment protocols. We often incorporate other CBT based approaches such as ACT, MI, DBT, the UP and mindfulness techniques per individual need.
The environment at The Maryland Anxiety Center is educative, collaborative and cohesive. We regularly attend and/or present at annual professional conferences to stay current with the most effective state-of-the-art treatments. In addition to clinical work, clinicians have the opportunity to be involved in our novel and creative projects including specialized trainings, presentations, blogging, marketing, professional development, and advocacy.
