    The Lisa Vogel Agency provides a team atmosphere where you are hired as a respected and valued Employee of the Agency, not a Contractor. We provide consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and we take the time to make quality client-caregiver matches to ensure that our caregivers are placed in homes where they are comfortable. This has led our Caregivers to stay with our Agency for an average of 4.3 years!

    Benefits offered to our Aides:

    Specialize in Long-term Consistent Care: The average client is with us for over 3 years, which allows us to provide consistent and stable work.401(k) Matching: We match up to 6% to put money towards your retirement!Flexible Scheduling: We work with you to accommodate schedule preferences, limitations, and changes.Unlimited Overtime: If you work over 40 hours in a week, we make sure you are compensated accordingly.Open Door Policy: We want to ensure compassionate care, therefore if you have any concerns or feedback about your client, we are here to find a solution! We strive to support you and your client always!Referral Bonuses: $100 for each referral with no limit on how many people you can refer to us!

    Job description

    Experience within the home care industry is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate has previous experience scheduling, is comfortable answering and placing phone calls, and is proficient with a computer while also willing to learn the Agency's internal software. The candidate should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with agency clients and employees. Benefits include competitive pay, PTO, Sick Leave, Health and Dental Insurance, Long-term Disability, and 401(k) with match. Signing bonus paid on first week's payroll.

    Salary

    $50,000 - $60,000

    Responsibilities

    Manage the care schedules for all agency clients and communicate schedule changes to clients in a timely mannerEnsure all agency caregivers are working their desired schedulesAnswer inbound calls/emails and place outbound calls/emails to clients and employeesPerform general office duties including but not limited to making photocopies, filing and shredding of documents, etc.Available to assist with in- and out-bound calls during non-office hoursMaintains customer and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping internal information confidentialWork Monday through Friday in our Lutherville-Timonium office - business hours are 8am to 5pm
