    Responsibilities

    We have an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Scheduler or entry level engineer or construction management grad interested in mastering the art and science of project planning and scheduling. In this role you'll learn to master Primavera Project Planning P6 software (P6) as a Junior Scheduler (Scheduler in Training). Primavera P6 software is considered the standard for project planning and scheduling in the construction industry.

Active listeners with the ability to paraphrase;Works well in a team environment;Good with time management;Highly organized, resourceful, flexible and patient; it will take most candidates six months to learn the basics of scheduling and an additional six months of practice to refine the skill necessary to be comfortable as a Scheduler.

    Responsibilities

    Ability to lead a wide range of civil engineering analysis and design tasks related to: roadway design, zoning analysis, site plan preparation, site storm-water management, utility planning and layout, transportation planning/design, parking analysis and layout, vehicle maneuvering analysis, pavement and grading design, and site utility replacement. Lead coordination and presentation of submissions with local municipalities, utilities, environmental agencies, and town/county planning boards.     Responsibilities

    The Resident Engineer (RE) serves as the on-site representative of the project management team, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project compliance with design specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards. The RE plays a vital role in coordinating between contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies, ensuring successful delivery of engineering and construction projects.

    We have an immediate need for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in our Edison, NJ office. This position offers the opportunity to work on bridge and transportation-related projects, while also gaining exposure to a broad range of structural engineering work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role offers hands-on experience and direct mentorship from senior engineers, with the opportunity to see projects through from initial investigation and design to construction.     Responsibilities

    Perform structural engineering analysis and design for bridge and transportation-related structuresPrimary duties will be related bridge structural design and inspection, but seeking versatile engineer with broad structural engineering interestsServe as the lead designer on simple to moderately complex assignmentsAssist in site investigations to document existing conditions, including bridge inspectionPerform site inspections for work engineered by our officeComplete and review design calculations; assist in the preparation of drawings and specificationsProvide responses and solutions to issues during the construction administration phase of projectsCoordinate work product with other in-house engineering staff and architects

    Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering7-15 years of related experienceNJ PE required, NY PE is a plusBridge inspection experience and certification is a plusPrior experience with NJDOT standards, NYCDOT, NYSDOT standards is a plusUnderstanding and application of code requirementsExperience in using various structural analysis softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAutoCad experience a requirement, Revit is a plus
