Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll doComplete resident service requests in a timely, professional mannerPerform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-inMaintain common areas and community grounds as neededDocument work completed in maintenance logsPrioritize multiple work orders and work independentlyDeliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
Preferred (not required)A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays moreStrong make-ready/turn experienceRelated experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
