The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Leasing Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:Interacting with prospective residentsCommunicating the value and overall experience of living at the communitySecuring lease agreementsInitiate the process to screen prospective residentsCommunicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewalsAssists with property marketing activities and resident events
Required Qualifications:Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.Apartment software experience is a bonus.Valid I.D. RequiredMinimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
