    Depending on experience, pay starts at $17 per hour.

    What you’ll doComplete apartment turns to bring vacant units to “market-ready” / move-in conditionPerform make-ready tasks including (as needed): painting, sheetrock repair, punch work, minor flooring/vinyl tile, and trash-outsMaintain cleanliness of common areas/grounds during turnsWork efficiently to meet turn timelines and quality standardsProvide professional customer service when interacting with residents and onsite teams
    Preferred (not required)Strong painting and drywall repair skillsFlooring/vinyl tile experiencePrior apartment turn/punch experience across multiple communities

    The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
    Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
    Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. 
    Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
    Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
    Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
    Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

    Required Qualifications:
    A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
    At least 6 months of onsite experience
    Valid I.D. Required
    Have reliable transportation
    Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
    CPO Certification a Plus!

    This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
