Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll doGreet and tour prospective residents; follow up to drive move-insCommunicate the value and living experience of the communitySecure lease agreements and assist with application/screening stepsTrack leads, manage leasing pipeline, and maintain strong prospect communicationSupport renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating renewal processAssist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed
Preferred (not required)Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experienceBilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
