The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unitsProvide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.Manages records of activity in maintenance log.Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)At least 6 months of onsite experienceValid I.D. RequiredHave reliable transportationOwn tools necessary to perform maintenance dutiesPay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
