Position Overview
The Construction Manager with LEMOINE oversees construction activities at the field level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all construction activities at the site level.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.Monitor construction progress and implement necessary adjustments.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts promptly.Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports and documentation.Secure required permits and licenses for construction activities.Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks effectively.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.Skills:Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.Proficient in construction project management software, preferably ProCore. Strong skills in MS Suite.Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents.Certifications: Required: Valid Driver's License. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), ProCore user Certification.Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.Working Conditions:

Interior trim and molding repairs
Door and hardware adjustments
Cabinet alignment and touch-ups
Minor drywall repair and texture blending
Baseboards, casing, and crown molding installation or repair
Caulking, sealing, and finish detail work
Install, repair, and adjust interior doors, windows, trim, and finish carpentry components.
Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and punch lists.
Maintain high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding scope of repairs and timelines.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, especially in occupied residences.
Perform daily tool and equipment inspections.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
Drive to multiple job sites within assigned parishes as needed.
Document completed work and report status updates to supervisors.
Assist with minor general carpentry tasks as assigned.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
QualificationsExperience:
Minimum of 3+ years of residential finish carpentry experience required.
Experience performing punch-out and warranty work preferred.
Prior disaster recovery or residential reconstruction experience is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.
Ability to perform precise trim, cabinetry, and detail finish work.
Ability to troubleshoot and correct workmanship deficiencies.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent use of hands, tools, and power equipment.

Job Summary
The Site Scheduler will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating site activities, and handling invoicing processes using Procore platform. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Procore use.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 from project initiation through closeout to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity logic, calendars, and resource loading to support accurate schedule forecasting.Monitor project progress, update schedules based on field input, and perform critical path analysis to identify delays and implement recovery plans.Coordinate site activities and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and contractual milestones.Analyze schedule variances, track float impacts, and provide mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.Oversee invoicing processes, including creation, review, and submission through Procore, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to subcontractors and suppliers.Review subcontractor schedules and pay applications to ensure alignment with project progress and contractual requirements.Generate and distribute weekly/monthly schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance updates to stakeholders.Communicate proactively with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and invoicing discrepancies.Maintain comprehensive documentation of schedules, invoices, change orders, and project communications for transparency and audit readiness.Support earned value analysis (EVM) and assist in time impact analysis (TIA) when schedule changes occur.Provide training and guidance to team members on Primavera P6 and Procore best practices to improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy.Qualifications:
