Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:
Possesses applicable certifications as required by stateA minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staffMust be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.PSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Highlights of the Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) Position:
Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas in building, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors as assignedMaintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal as assignedPrepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-out as assignedImplements and documents preventative maintenance program for community and equipment as assignedPSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
