General Contractor / Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced General Contractor / Construction Project Lead for ongoing full-time work in the Uptown Dallas area. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person with strong remodeling experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-quality residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has proven experience remodeling luxury homes, commercial properties, kitchens, master bathrooms, and high-end interior spaces. We are looking for someone dependable, skilled, organized, and capable of coordinating trades, managing timelines, overseeing quality control, and ensuring projects are completed professionally.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee remodeling and construction project in our Dallas properties.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, materials, and jobsite progress.
Supervise renovations involving luxury homes, commercial spaces, kitchens, master bathrooms, flooring, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, painting, and finish work.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and consistent with luxury-level expectations.
Communicate clearly regarding project status, budgets, timelines, and any issues that arise.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites.
Handle punch lists and ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
Maintain A Class Property on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Experience as a general contractor, construction manager, or remodeling project lead.
Strong background in luxury residential remodeling and/or commercial construction.
Experience with master bath remodels, high-end finishes, and detailed interior renovations.
Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple moving parts.
Reliable transportation and ability to work in the McKinney–Dallas area.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Must be dependable, professional, and quality-focused.
Ideal Candidate
This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands high-end remodeling, and can be trusted to manage projects with minimal supervision. We are looking for a long-term fit, not a one-time project hire. You must be a jack of all trades & love to work and improve property with very little supervision. One day General Contractor, the next day Maintenance Manager.
