This position also professionally promotes our products and services to existing and new agents.

    JOB PURPOSE:

    Marketing representatives are skilled in obtaining leads and closings. They are also responsible for generating new revenue through the marketing and sales of the company’s services. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with company leadership and continuously develop and feed a sales pipeline, generate new opportunities, and close the deal with those new opportunities.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Becomes familiar with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.Conducts market research and identifies potential clients and business opportunities.Build long term relationships with clients through in person visits, phone calls and virtual meetings.Makes five (5) telemarketing phone calls per day to prospectsUpdate territory and customer list monthlyMakes a minimum of 10 in-person calls (remote where appropriate) and 25 contacts per week.Assists in maintaining sales pipeline files with opportunities, projected revenue, projected close dates, and statusesEstablishes new/closed orders and income goals (i.e., daily, monthly, quarterly and annually)Attends appropriate real estate boards, building and mortgage banker meetings, and the likeJoins and actively participates in organizations that will produce leads for new businessCultivates strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.Maintains client information in the CRM database.Works closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.Develops and implements sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzes sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.Assists with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents. Demonstrate ability to market and sell the company’s services.Manages multiple projects concurrently and meets deadlines.Participate in events such as trade shows and/or sales conferencesStay abreast on current trends and industry changesStrive to continuously meet or exceed performance goals and objectivesDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.Performs other duties as assigned.     QUALIFICATIONS

    EXPERIENCE

    1 - 2 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.1 – 2 years of experience in Title Insurance/Settlement services salesProven sales track record

    EDUCATION

    Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

    CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, INSURANCE

    No certifications are required.A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record are required.Automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle are required.

    KNOWLEDGE

    Must have an understanding of insurance and real property concepts, as well as general knowledge of Texas Department of Insurance regulations.

    Position: LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST – Answer incoming calls and emails to effectively screen potential clients and determine if the firm can assist them with their legal matter.

    Legal Intake Specialist Job Duties:

    Answer/Respond to all potential client leads by phone or email.Communicate with all potential clients to gather relevant information related to the potential client’s possible personal injury or employment law claim.Enter all information from Potential client in Clio Grow or other relevant CRM;Prepare attorney for all consultations;Assist with scheduling all consultations and meetings;Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to the appropriate person;Complete all assigned tasks;Participate in all required meetings;Explain representation agreement, attorney fees and services to new clients;Handle case set-up to include: Data Entry into Clio-Grow and Export to Clio, if lead is converted;Client folder;Request Police reports;Requests medical and billing records;Attach photos and/or documents received from potential client;Sending clinic referrals;Sending Fee Agreements to potential clients for signatureSet up initial treatment appointment with physicians on personal injury cases.Locate clinic providers outside of our general provider list and occasionally send LOP’s to friendly medical providers.Serve as a contact for client communication prior to client being assigned to a Case Manager or other staff member.Convert phone leads into Firm sign-ups and maintain quota related to personal injury cases and employment law cases.Assist with client communications on ongoing matters, as needed or assigned by the firm
