   Sales Designer | The Kitchen Source

  Are you passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces and delivering an exceptional client experience? The Kitchen Source is growing and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Designer to join our team.

  This is more than a design role, it is an opportunity to guide clients through one of the most meaningful investments in their home, from concept to completion.

  
  

  What You’ll Do

  Work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers to bring projects to lifeGuide clients through space planning, selections, and installationManage projects from initial consultation through completionBuild lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referralsDeliver a high-touch, luxury-level customer experienceBalance showroom sales and outside sales opportunities

  
  

  What You Bring

  4+ years in kitchen and bath design and salesStrong sales track record, ideally in a luxury or high-end marketDeep understanding of cabinetry, materials, and industry trendsAbility to read clients well and navigate multiple decision makersKnowledge of construction basics (framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Passion for design, people, and delivering excellence
