This is more than a design role, it is an opportunity to guide clients through one of the most meaningful investments in their home, from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers to bring projects to lifeGuide clients through space planning, selections, and installationManage projects from initial consultation through completionBuild lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referralsDeliver a high-touch, luxury-level customer experienceBalance showroom sales and outside sales opportunitiesWhat You Bring
4+ years in kitchen and bath design and salesStrong sales track record, ideally in a luxury or high-end marketDeep understanding of cabinetry, materials, and industry trendsAbility to read clients well and navigate multiple decision makersKnowledge of construction basics (framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Passion for design, people, and delivering excellenceWhy The Kitchen Source

We are seeking a Junior Designer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long term career in design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

Create and update CAD drawings including floorplans, elevations, and MEP plansManage project pricing including purchase orders and vendor quotesAssist in the design and upkeep of showroom displaysPrepare detailed installation packets with final drawings and specificationsSupport showroom operations including greeting clients and answering phonesQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree requiredProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or 20/20)Strong working knowledge of Excel and Adobe PDFAbility to reliably commute or relocate prior to startWhy Join The Kitchen Source
