  About the Role
  This position is focused on compliance, accountability, and results. Youll be responsible for managing 50+ rehab and resale projects simultaneously across single-family and 24 plex properties, ensuring strict adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  Enforce project schedules and budget compliance.Approve contractor draws and track fund usage.Direct vendors, contractors, and project teams with documented accountability.Provide transparent, bi-weekly investor reporting.Oversee listing, pricing, and sales execution for maximum return.

  
  

  Qualifications

  Proven experience with 50+ concurrent rehab/dispo projects.Remote Real Estate Analyst expertise.Direct investor communication/reporting experience.Remodel/rehab oversight (not just new builds).Vendor/contractor leadership at scale.Must have verifiable company employment history.

  Compensation: $85,000 $105,000 DOE + performance bonus
