We are seeking a full-time Concierge and Manager-on-Duty professional for a luxury high-rise condominium in the River Oaks District. This candidate will be responsible for interacting in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner with residents, guests, and staff. Applicants are required to be energetic, well-groomed, and to be leaders.

Must maintain a professional appearanceStanding, greeting residents and their guestsPromptly answer, record, and complete all resident and outside callsLog in and announce visitorsQualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will have at least three years of concierge, hotel services, or hospitality experience working in a "Class A, High-End" property environment.A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferredPleasant, positive attitude and professional demeanorMust have reliable transportation and be able to work variable and additional shifts as needed. Must be able to pass a criminal background verification and drug test.Possess excellent communication skills - both oral and writtenStrong ability to assess a situation, show good judgment, make decisions in the absence of the General Manager, and resolve conflicts.Flexible scheduleBenefits
