The firm is willing to train the right person for continued growth; prior experience as legal admin helpful, but not necessary.
    Salary ranges from $50's to $90’s, based on skills and experience, in addition to competitive benefits.

    We are seeking a highly motivated Master Paralegal to join our team. This role serves as an important member of the legal team, providing a blend of operational and substantive paralegal support. This role is responsible for managing case-related activities, maintaining critical deadlines, supporting legal document preparation, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operational milestones are met. The position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

    Compensation will range from $50s to $80s, based on skills and experience, in addition to competitive benefits.

    Key Responsibilities
    Manage court deadlines, hearing schedules, depositions, client meetings, and other case-related events to ensure timely execution of all legal matters.Prepare, draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, discovery materials, legal memoranda, and appellate filings in state and federal courts.Manage all aspects of case administration, including maintaining case files, pleadings and discovery indexes, litigation calendars, and case management systems.Conduct legal research, factual investigations, and information gathering to support case strategy and attorney preparation.Coordinate discovery activities, including preparing interrogatories, document requests, responses, and related case materials.Support litigation and trial preparation by organizing exhibits, evidence, trial binders, briefs, appendices, deposition materials, and other case documentation.Serve as a liaison among attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and other external parties to coordinate case activities, scheduling, and communications.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, document management, workflow efficiency, and overall practice operations.Qualifications
