    Project Leadership

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout.Develop project schedules, work plans, budgets, and staffing plans.Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders.Monitor project profitability and financial performance.Manage billing, forecasting, and change orders.

    Client Management

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.Lead project meetings and presentations.Build long-term client relationships.Identify opportunities for expanded services and future engagements.

    Technical Oversight

    Review building performance assessments and investigation findings.Oversee functional testing and system performance evaluations.Guide development of recommendations and client deliverables.Review technical reports for quality and accuracy.Mentor Project Engineers and junior staff.

    Safety Leadership

    Promote Aero's safety-first culture.Ensure safe project planning and execution.Support compliance with all company and client safety requirements.


    Qualifications:



    Required

    Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical EngineeringArchitectural EngineeringConstruction ManagementBuilding ScienceRelated discipline3–8 years of experience in one or more of the following: CommissioningBuilding PerformanceHVAC SystemsBuilding Automation SystemsEnergy EngineeringTesting & BalancingFacilities EngineeringConstruction Project ManagementStrong communication and client-facing skills.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.


    Preferred

    Experience with healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, higher education, commercial, or mission-critical facilities.Building Automation System experience.Knowledge of HVAC controls and sequences of operation.Industry certifications such as: CCPCBCPPMPPECxAAABCNEBB
