Experience building or managing dynamic pricing systems, pricing experiments, or monetization features in consumer-facing digital businesses. Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into pricing decisions and product features. Strong communication skills. Must be able to work with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and explain outcomes. Strong product sense. Must be able to align your work with business objectives and make appropriate trade-offs. Learning mentality. Must be able to pick up new skills as needed and demonstrate curiosity about new technologies. Ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product of limited to moderate complexity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams. Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue, margin, or attach-rate improvements. We expect the starting salary to be around $150,000 with annual bonus and profit-sharing eligibility.
