YOUR MISSION
(Should you choose to accept it…)
Deliver clean, high-quality tile and grout restoration work—efficiently—so customers are thrilled not just with the result, but with how smoothly the job was handled.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Clean, repair, and restore tile & grout in homesRe-grout, re-caulk, seal, and replace damaged tilesAssist with light water damage repairs (we’ll train you)Communicate clearly and professionally with homeownersLeave every job clean, complete, and done rightPick up equipment, review a work order, travel to/from, complete and closing out the job Communicate with a team of people
You don’t have to be a salesperson.
If you can read a work order, do great work and explain it clearly, you’ll earn more.
When you’re ready, you’ll create an estimate, perform the work, and you’ll earn even more.
HOW YOU GET PAID
