Role Description The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects for The Group Hospitality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, with up to 25% travel. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction processes, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, liaising with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and resolving any project-related challenges to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management Strong skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projects Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management methodologies Ability to analyze project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with project management software and tools Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Relevant certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are a plus Restaurant construction experience required**** Compensation $120-$150k/yr, plus benefits
