Job Summary
Responsible for precision converting on slitter/rewinder machines and the production of quality goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and efficient setup and operation of slitter/rewinder equipment.Must be aware of and adhere to all safety guidelines.Must be able to safely operate a forklift and maintain OSHA regulated certification.Must be able to fulfill all pre-run tasks such as cutting cores and gathering packing materials in a timely manner.Responsible for producing quality goods and reporting any nonconforming materials.Must be able to complete minor machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating.Communicates machine issues to supervisor and/or maintenance department immediately.Must be able to process jobs in the Epicor system.This requires the employee to log into the computer, track their labor hours and issue materials from the system.Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by managementComprehension - Able to understand written instructions & work orders in EnglishMeasurement - Must be able to read measuring devices accuratelyWork Consistency -Must be able to set up blades on the Slitter cutting sectionMust be able to perform material handling duties as loading and unloading materials onmachineMust know different splicing techniques and how to splice properlyMust understand machine settings by operating dials and switchesMust be quality-conscious and be able to spot defects during the slitting processQualifications:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle tools and materials, reach, bend, stoop, and communicate effectively with team members. The employee must be able to move materials, assist with machine setup, and work around production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The position requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance. The employee must also be able to work for extended periods in a fast-paced production setting while following all safety requirements and wearing required personal protective equipment.

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Grounds Associate to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our manufacturing facilities and surrounding property. This role is responsible for routine janitorial work, outdoor grounds upkeep, trash and debris removal, forklift-supported material movement, and general facility support across our Fallsington locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and able to follow daily priorities provided by the Warehouse and Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine janitorial duties throughout manufacturing, warehouse, office, restroom, breakroom, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, clean surfaces, and restock supplies as needed.Maintain cleanliness of production-adjacent areas while following all safety rules and staying clear of active machinery.Operate a forklift as needed to move trash, pallets, materials, supplies, bins, and other items throughout the facility, yard, and warehouse areas. Follow all forklift safety procedures, traffic patterns, and company safety expectations when operating equipment around employees, production areas, loading docks, and warehouse spaces.Collect and remove trash, cardboard, debris, and other waste from designated areas.Support outdoor yard maintenance, including sweeping, picking up debris, maintaining walkways, and keeping exterior areas clean and orderly.Assist with seasonal outdoor needs such as clearing walkways, salting entry areas, and supporting snow or ice removal efforts as needed.Maintain clean and safe entrances, exits, parking areas, loading areas, and employee walkways.Help keep storage areas, maintenance areas, and shared facility spaces organized.Report safety concerns, spills, leaks, damaged equipment, blocked exits, or facility issues to management.Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning supplies, waste, and facility materials.Assist with light facility support tasks as directed, such as moving supplies, setting up areas, or helping maintain general building appearance.Work safely around forklifts, production equipment, loading docks, and active manufacturing areas.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous janitorial, custodial, groundskeeping, warehouse, manufacturing, or facility support experience preferred.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, forklifts, and changing temperatures.Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.Basic understanding of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and safe housekeeping practices.Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks independently, and communicate issues clearly.Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.Forklift experience required; current or prior forklift certification preferred.What We Offer:
